Training and lesson contracts/agreements with businesses and or communities

We do offer training and lessons thru communities and businesses. We privately contract with these communities and businesses.
A few things that stay the same with every contract.
The community and or business provide the space/pool and advertising/marketing. We work together on a schedule, with squid school having final say on the scheduled dates and times. They/you can take registrations or we can. Prices vary based on location, type of training/swim lessons offered, size of group, number of instructors needed and needed supplies. We are paid inadvance of the first class for all those registered and will be paid within 24 hours for any late registerants and or attendees. Once registered either on time or late the fee is paid in full regardless of thier attendance. No class takes place without a signed agreement and payment. Payment can come direct from the registerant, bussiness or community. Per our training contract with Red Cross all Red Cross classes must be paid for in full prior to the first class.

Policies please read prior to registering

Swim lesson prices do not include the admission to the pool for the child or parent and are non-refundable. Unused custom or spotlight lessons will be held for 45 days when families stay in contact with their instructor. We do not do lessons on Holidays. During the school year no lessons are done after noon on Fridays, Saturday's and Sundays mornings as hotel pools are typically not available. If your instructor is out of the water for more than 2 weeks, lessons will be held for 30 days after you have been notified by mail, email, text, phone, messenger or Facebook that your instructor is back in the water. Which means from the date of being notified that your instructor is available you have 30 days to get your lessons rescheduled.
