Donations for scholarships, building a pool may be made to Just keep swimming foundation.

We will be adding Paddle boarding camp in the summer of 2019. Watch Facebook for dates, times and locations. Lunch will be bring your own picnic. Kids and families are welcome and those who come to 2 or 3 camps will continue to build on their abilities and practice new skills. Location will be posted close to the date on facebook. Cost will be 20 dollars per child and  parents are not required to stay, equipment provided except life jackets which are required for all.

Swimmimg lessons, Red Cross training and Paddle boarding lessons prices

Swimming Lessons, Red Cross trainings, Kids paddle boarding lessons and paddle boarding camp for kids of all needs.

Our lessons will be at Americinn Sauk Centre in the summer and at area hotel pools in Alexandria during the school year. Our master squid instructors are adults with multiple swim instructor certifications and are lifeguard certified. Our lead instructors are adults and are certified swim instructors/life guards. We use trained teenagers as helpers and assistants when appropriate. We may use other area hotel pools and when appropriate lakes and back yard pools. Custom and spotlight lessons done in a back yard lake or private pool have an added cost of 30 dollars. All our lessons include age appropriate water safety skills with learning to float being a priority at every age. Squid school chooses the day or days and pool,  pools or lake that lessons are offered based on pool availability and clientele. 

Swim lesson prices do not include the admission to the pool for the child or parent and are non-refundable. Unused custom or spotlight lessons will be held for 45 days when families stay in contact with their instructor. We do not do lessons on Holidays. During the school year no lessons are done after noon on Fridays, Saturday's and Sunday mornings as hotel pools are typically not available. If your instructor is out of the water for more than 2 weeks, lessons will be held for 30 days after you have been notified by mail, email, text, phone, messenger or Facebook that your instructor is back in the water. Which means from the date of being notified that your instructor is available you have 30 days to get your lessons rescheduled.   Any parents choosing to be in the water before, after or when appropriate during the lesson will need to pay the per day fee to the hotel. We encourage parents to stay and swim with the kids after lessons giving them time to practice new skills. See note below in regards to when we travel for lessons beyond our Alexandria area pools. We currently use pools in Alexandria, Sauk Centre, Wadena (closed temp), Perham, Brainerd. 

perpetual lessons 1 lesson per week for 6,9 or 12 months, custom lessons are 35 minutes long 136$ a month. Spotlight lessons are 40 minutes long 160$ per month

 Custom lessons is 1 student 202 dollars 6, 35 minute lessons. 404 dollars for 12, 35 minute lessons. 808 dollars for 18, 35 minute lessons.When the addition of a second instructor is deems necessary for client safety and or lesson progression the cost is 120$ or 20$ per lesson.

Spotlight is 2 students 240 dollars 6, 40 minute lessons, 480 dollars for 12, 40 minute lessons, 720 dollars for 18, 40 minute lessons. When the addition of a second instructor is deems necessary for client safety and or lesson progression the cost is 120$ or 20$ per lesson. 

Family lessons are 6, 40 minute lessons at 120 dollars per child. No fee for parents, they are responsible for paying the fees into the pool.

Mermaid academy  is 4 students 132$ each 4, 40 minute lessons, plus the cost of the tail and fin which are custom ordered by squid school prices vary. Prerequisite swim test required. For safety a minimum of 12 lessons is recommended. Some kids may need more. 

Self-rescue only lessons these lessons are for kids actively participating in typical group lessons thru other programs. The lessons focus only on self rescue skills (not taught in typical lessons) 30 minute lessons 1 time per week. 4 lessons 120$

We also offer private and small group burst lessons which are 4, 45 minute sessions on 4 consecutive days or prescheduled days. The custom lessons are 175 dollars.

Small group price is 80 dollars per student for 6 thru 8 students, Medium  groups 9 or more are 70 dollars per student are 4 45 minute lessons, babies just getting use to their first couple of sessions are 6 30 minute lessons. There can not be more than 2 years gap between the oldest and youngest child in a class, classes are typically 4 to 6 kids. Squid school reserves the right to have the final say in group size and or age gap to make sure each child gets the most out of each lesson and no one gets held back to accommodate a child or children at a lower skill level. 

Large group lessons, Groups of 30 kids or more are 65 dollars per person, 6, 45 minute lessons. Our lessons are scheduled as needed. Kids of similar swim skills will be paired together in a group. The group lessons are no more than 6 kids with 1 Adult teacher

Red Cross trainings (in home) start at 108 dollars for layman's cpr, aed and first aid and goes up as more training is added, ie professional level, blood borne pathogens etc. Education for all babysitting class which included infant pediatric CPR and first aid. starts at 140 dollars and goes up as more training is added. Life guarding starts at 275 dollars and goes up as more training is added. 

*All Red Cross training has a 20 dollar added fee when we travel more than 1 hour from our home. Contact us at 320-266-5733 with any fee questions Kids paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, and mermaiding lessons all ages and special needs. All lessons are 50 dollars per hour and require no rental fee's, life jackets are required. Paddle boarding/kayak camp will be posted on Facebook with date, time and location listed. The cost is 20$ cash and parents are not required to stay. Life jackets are required and your welcome to bring paddle boards and or open kayaks of your own. Drowning is a preventable accident.

The US swim association recommends starting babies at 6 months and continuing formal swim lessons year round thru out childhood. 

We do lessons for all ages starting at 8 weeks old to 100 years old.

We offer specialty Infant toddler survival lessons and self rescue skills for all our swim students.

We offer lessons to all special needs kids. Including anyone on the Autism Spectrum. We have water proof technology available.

We offer lessons to childcare groups during the childcare day.

We have well trained adult instructors who have a passion for kids and swimming. All kids learn self rescue skills during lessons.

Our lessons are child centered and learning focused. We will work closely with parents. We also do in water balance exercises and teach bike riding in the water. We do some basic paddle boarding in the pool year round. We teach water aerobics on request, price varies.

Our swim school does not have levels we have skills. Each child will work on learning and progressing though the skills as is developmentally appropriate to them. Parents will be kept abreast of their progress. Prices are subject to change as needed.

Squid School

We are a swim school providing high quality swimming lessons taught by trained adult only swim instructors. Our squid school is qualified to teach quality water survival skills and swimming lessons to all ages infant thru adult. We are certified to work with autistic kids and adults. We also have special training to work with infants and toddlers survival lessons as well as other special needs students. We employ a child centered learning focused approach in the water. We also offer in service training to aquatic facilities on Autism in the water.

We are serving the Douglas County and surrounding area. We work out of hotel pools in Alexandria during the school year and Americinn pool Sauk Centre during the summer, other area pools and in the summer we may be utilizing the area beaches as well. We will also do lessons in your back yard pool depending on pool temp.

We offer in home/on site Red Cross training in CPR, AED and First Aid, Babysitting and Life guarding.

We are your one stop customized training specialists

Education for all offers a variety of Red Cross classes, community education classes, classes for kids and adults. We offer our classes in a variety of locations including your home. We are also a complete swim school that can travel. We are an all inclusive program where we work with the infants thru seniors and special needs children and adults. Between Tammy and Jennifer we have over 45 years of experience working with kids and adults in a variety of learning environments. Teaching and learning is our passion. We are always learning new things and gaining new knowledge to share. Most of what we offer is hands on learning. We live what we teach.
We are certified Red Cross trainers offering everything from basic CPR First Aid AED training for all ages all the way up to basic life support. We offer Red Cross life guard training for a variety of aquatics environments. Before you send your child out to babysit for anyone prepare them by getting them trained by Education for all in babysitting.
We offer a variety of community education classes in everything from cooking, baking, crafts to fitness, living gluten free and sewing. These classes can be offered thru schools, churches and in private homes. A list of classes is available on request. We also do classes for licensed childcare providers and in service training for aquatic facilities.
We offer a complete swim school for infants thru seniors, all swim abilities and in a variety of locations. We work with special needs kids and adults. We do private, semi private and group lessons. Our style is student centered, learning focused and combines the best of several swim programs.
We offer life guarding services to pools and water parks that are short staffed as well as to private parties.
Education for all offers top of the line well trained staff, up to date equipment and a fun relaxed learning environment.
